I have been working with Copods for the last 2.5 years on a project to modernise the User Experience of our product. It’s been a great experience working with the Copods team on this project. I found the team to be knowledgeable in the area they operate in, they were extremely patient and flexible with us in accommodating design changes, suggestions, etc. For our product, the domain knowledge is very important and drives the user experience, I am glad the Copods team was able to work with our Product Managers to understand this aspect and bring that knowledge back into the design. Over the past 7 years, I have utilized the services of Copods at three startups.
At Sapience Analytics, we were amongst their earliest customers in Nov 2017, a few months after they started operations. Our award-winning Sapience enterprise (B2B) solution was highly innovative, but the UI needed an overhaul considering we had built the product since 2009. Copods did an extensive review and proposed a re-design of the UI - both for the personal client on the user’s PC and the server-side web-based management. It involved months of extensive collaboration since the product is quite complex. The new UI was much more user friendly and highly appreciated by our customers.
Our second startup in 2010, GullyBuy, was quite different. It was an innovative online marketplace solution connecting buyers with neighbourhood stores through separate mobile apps. Copods was involved from the product concept stage which included designing our logo, usability considerations in the apps, and overall app UI design. The apps were well received.
Most recently, I referred them to my daughter’s Bay area startup, Gypsum AI, which was launched in March 2024. Copods is currently involved in the entire Usability and UI experience design, as well as implementation of the UI.
Copods has been an outstanding UX/UI services partner. I have found every team member to be highly talented, innovative and motivated to help us build a great product.
